Sushi Leo is a family owned sushi restaurant in Longmont Colorado. Along with traditional Japanese dishes, we serve a variety of sushi rolls from the most simple to more exciting and playful options. At Sushi Leo we value high quality and fresh fish, this allows us the best way to honor this style of Japanese cuisine and to find balance between simplicity and art.
